we don't offer free sample and transportation fee .

A: we produce according to your order requirements.

A: Generally, it will take 25-30 work-days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

4. Q: When you on the line for service?

A: We usually on the line at 8:00am to 5:30pm Beijing time. Otherwise,We also can do service for you after the working time.

5. Q: Can I mix different models in one container? 
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.
6. Q: Should we pay the high taxes? 
A:  We can make a low-value invoice to help you clearing Customs and avoid the taxes.
7. Q: Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We are a manufacturer ,So as a professional manufacturer we not only can supply the bike we have, We also can design for you.
8. Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit,  70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
9. Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
10. Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
