(2) If the handlebar does not rotate flexibly and there are stuck, stiff or tight points, it shall be lubricated or adjusted in time. Grease, calcium based or lithium based grease is generally used for lubrication; During adjustment, loosen the lock nut of the front fork and rotate the front fork to the upper gear. When the turning flexibility of the handlebar meets the requirements, lock the lock nut of the front fork.
(3) The front and rear wheels are not flexible, which will increase the rotational friction, increase the power consumption, and reduce the driving mileage. Therefore, in case of failure, timely lubrication and maintenance shall be carried out. Generally, grease, calcium based or lithium based grease shall be used for lubrication; In case of shaft skin failure, the steel ball or shaft skin can be replaced. In case of motor failure, it should be repaired by a professional maintenance unit.
(4) During circuit inspection, turn on the power switch to check whether the circuit is unblocked, whether the connector is firmly and reliably connected, whether the fuse tube works normally, especially whether the connection between the battery output terminal and the cable is firm and reliable. If any fault is found, it shall be removed in time.
