In the early stage of the invention, people thought that the larger the wheel, the faster the speed. Two men rode a bicycle with wheels almost one person high. In the invention stage of bicycles, some people did not design the two wheels of bicycles to be placed in the front and back, but made the two wheels to be placed in the left and right. The shape of this kind of bicycle is somewhat similar to a wheelchair. In 2012, China had a bicycle with both hands and feet. While riding, the car can push and pull the handlebars to get forward driving force, which realizes the perfect combination of fitness and walking. Due to the role of pushing and pulling handlebars, it can effectively exercise the muscles of the waist, abdomen, legs, chest, arms and other whole body during riding. This opened a new era in the history of bicycles.
With the development of society, the requirements for the R&D and technical expertise of bicycle products are getting higher and higher. In 2011, many well-known domestic bicycle lithium trams enterprises communicated and discussed with the heads of R&D or technical departments. It is believed that under the current situation, everyone in the industry needs to work together in groups, exchange and learn from each other, and learn from each other's strengths to complement each other's weaknesses, so that enterprises and individuals can have long-term sound development. Under the strong demand of everyone, The China Bicycle Technology Alliance was established according to the situation. Many well-known Chinese bicycle lithium trolley enterprises with more than 8 years of industry experience engaged in research and development or the heads of technical departments participated in the creation. Through extensive contact with outstanding professionals in the industry, technical exchanges and cooperation were strengthened to reflect the value of everyone in the enterprise and promote the healthy development of the entire industry.
In November of the seventh year of Tongzhi reign (1868) of the Qing Dynasty, several bicycles were first transported from Europe to Shanghai. They were recreational means of transportation for leisure when people were riding on a car and leading the car on tiptoe.
In the 13th year of Tongzhi, Mira, a Frenchman, brought a rickshaw from Japan to Shanghai. This kind of rickshaw is called "Toyo". It is also called "Huangbao" because it is yellow. Subsequently, the repair, rent and sale of rickshaws rose in Shanghai. After the 11th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1885), British merchants Jardine Matheson, German merchants Chanchen, French merchants Likang and other foreign firms listed bicycles and parts as "hardware groceries" and imported them into Shanghai. By the end of the 19th century, they had a wide market in Shanghai. Zhu Tongsheng, who originally set up stalls to repair carriages and rickshaws, chose No. 604 Nanjing Road (now Nanjing East Road) in Shanghai in the 23rd year of Guangxu's reign, and opened Tongchang Bike Shop to operate bicycles and spare parts. In the 26th year of the reign of Guangxu, there were six or seven car shops in Shanghai, including Huimin and Cao Shuntai, selling rickshaws, carriages and bicycle parts for repair. In the 4th year of the Republic of China (1915), there were nearly 20 bicycle shops in Shanghai. After the end of the First World War, with the development of post and telecommunications, bicycles became the means of transportation for postmen, and the demand for bicycles surged. A number of new bicycle stores were opened in the urban area, forming a bicycle sales network centered on the old Zha District (today's Huangpu District). Due to industrial characteristics and labor cost factors, the global bicycle manufacturing industry has shifted to countries and regions with industrial manufacturing advantages dominated by China in the past 15 years. At present, China has become the largest bicycle and electric bicycle production base in the world, with more than 500 complete vehicle manufacturers and more than 700 spare parts manufacturers. The top five manufacturers in the world are mainly based in China.
